My journey, backed by over 25 years of experience and a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University, has been about connecting with diverse sectors and driving projects that make a real difference. I thrive on challenges that call for strategic thinking, and I find joy in crafting customized solutions that exceed client expectations. During my trajectory, I learned that I also thrive off the joys and challenges of leadership.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, develop innovative programs, and manage complex projects. My focus has always been on building strong relationships and fostering environments where both clients and team members can grow. One of my proudest achievements is developing a “resource” matrix that revolutionized my team management style and served as the foundation for my members' career growth.
